AEROTRANSPORTES ARAUCANIA LTDA. was born on 1988 in Temuco, Chile. It was created by Luis Manuel Guerra Eissmann as a need of the air development of our country, especially on the IX region. This emergence was make due the facts that the air services in this region were deficient and needed urgently a complete, suitable and professional solution.

To carry out on best way the company, and mostly to satisfied in 100% our passengers and their requirements, it was implemented the service of air ambulance, to passengers, charters, mails, air photograph works to companies and individuals, coastal and forest patrols, vigilance of areas, prevention of fires and air filming.

At the end of 2002 , due to the growth of the company and the need to form new pilots, was created the flight school to pilots with experience. The idea of it, which until now is in force, is prepare them as commercial pilots with qualifications in aircraft multi-engines, instruments, Cessna 337 and flight instructors.
According to the characteristics of the pupils and their flight hours is evaluated to what type of lesson they have to go.

Over the course of our business, we have dedicated most part of our flying time to forestry companies and privates, specifically in activities that have relation to the air photography and forest patrols, among others.
In order to continue growing and further development on air transport and air ambulance area, it was created ATA Airlines, a subsidiary to provide passenger and cargo services to Juan Fernandez archipelago (Robinson Crusoe Island).

ATA airlines has the mission to deliver a first line service, incorporating new technologies and aircrafts that satisfy every time on the best way what our clients requires.
Nowadays we have our offices on the airport of Tobalaba (La Reina) and in Padre de Las Casas, Temuco.

What we want, our aim, is have the position as the best company that gives a lot of security, comfort and rapidity to the different orders and emergency transport, certifying a first quality treatment from the qualified and specialized staff.
